Below, you will find the terms that apply to registering for and attending Navigate 2019. Please review these Terms & Conditions prior to registration.  By registering, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. CarGurus, Inc. (“We”, “Our”, or “Us”) may update and change any part or all of these Terms & Conditions at any time without notifying you first. If we update or change these Terms & Conditions, the updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on this page.  Please review these Terms & Conditions periodically.



Once you complete your registration and have completed the purchase, the registration rate is final and cannot be adjusted. It is your responsibility to confirm the purchase price prior to checkout.


We may in our sole discretion offer promotional or discount codes. Such promotions and discounts cannot be applied retroactively to a completed purchase.



Regardless of your reason for cancelling, the following terms apply. If you cancel by July 31, 2019, you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. If you cancel from August 1, 2019 through September 15, 2019, you will receive a 50% refund of the amount paid.  Refunds may be less certain fees.  After September 15, 2019, we will not provide a refund (regardless of whether or not you attend Navigate 2019).


You may cancel your registration and request a refund, if applicable, by contacting us at or as otherwise instructed by CarGurus.  Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.  We have no responsibility for cancellation of your hotel and travel reservations.



Passes can be transferred until they are picked up onsite. If you need assistance transferring a registration, you can contact us at



We may use or share your registration data in connection with your participation in Navigate 2019.  By providing your registration data to us, you grant us permission to do so. You may also have the option of sharing your information (such as name, company, and job title) with other attendees or sponsors at the event, which is your decision and responsibility.



By registering for Navigate 2019, you agree to behave appropriately. Professional behavior is required from all attendees.  Please behave respectfully.  Harassment, sexist, racist, or exclusionary jokes or comments are never tolerated.  If you are asked by a Navigate 2019 representative or another attendee to stop your behavior, you are expected to do so immediately and respectfully.


If you see someone behaving disrespectfully, are being harassed, notice someone else is being harassed, or have other concerns and you feel safe and comfortable doing so, you are encouraged to respectfully discourage them from such behavior. If you do not feel safe or comfortable, please bring it to the attention of a Navigate 2019 representative immediately and we will work to resolve the matter. We will use our discretion in determining when and how to follow up on reported incidents and reserve the right to refuse to admit or to expel attendees in our sole discretion. Such persons are not entitled to any compensation.



Suitcasing and outboarding are strictly prohibited. In addition, you agree that you will not host any competing events during Navigate 2019 and you will not use the Navigate name, our name, or the names of our sponsors, without express permission. The views or opinions expressed by any event attendee, speaker or sponsor are not necessarily our views or opinions. All event attendees, speakers, and sponsors are responsible for their own content (including presentations, marketing collateral, advertising and online Web content). You are not allowed to use any content that infringes another party’s intellectual property rights, is harassing, misleading, or unlawful.



You must wear your badge at all times when you are at Navigate 2019. To pick up your badge, all registration fees must be paid in full and you will need to show a government-issued form of photo ID, like a driver’s license or passport. Individuals must pick up their own badge.


Only you can use your badge. We reserve the right to revoke any badge without compensation if we determine it is warranted in our sole discretion.  If your badge is lost or stolen, please notify us.  We may charge a fee for a replacement badge.



Attendees must be at least 18 years of age to attend Navigate 2019 and all related events. You have to be at least 21 years of age to drink alcohol, and have a valid ID if we ask. Please drink responsibly.



Unless we notify you otherwise, you are permitted to take photos, videos, or audio recordings (collectively, “recordings”) for your personal use as long as you comply with these Terms & Conditions.  You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or distribute the recordings without our written permission. Only persons with media credentials are permitted to use professional camera equipment. You can request media credentials by contacting


By attending Navigate 2019 and related events, you consent to having your image, voice, likeness, presentation and/or other copyrightable material recorded, including video, audio, and still photography. We reserve the right to use recordings taken at Navigate 2019 and related events however we might choose to, without giving you notice or any compensation.



By attending Navigate 2019, you may experience random checks of your bags or other personal belongings and you agree to not leave any of these items unattended at any time. You also agree that you will not bring anything to Navigate 2019 that could cause a safety hazard.


All security concerns should be reported to Navigate 2019 staff immediately. You must comply with the direction of our security team as well as all applicable rules and regulations of the venues.



Updates to the agenda may be made from time to time.  Your registration will not be refunded and compensation will not be provided based on changes to the agenda. Admission to any certain session cannot be guaranteed.


Navigate 2019 is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. If we are determined to have any liability to you, you agree our aggregate liability will be limited in all cases to one hundred dollars (US$100.)
