The winners of our 2024 Top Dealer Awards have officially been announced. Congratulations to the elite group of dealers who earned the title this year!

This year we are excited to be celebrating the 10th year of our Top Rated Dealer award with the introduction of two new award types: Top Value Dealer and Top Digital Dealer. More award types means more opportunities to celebrate the dealers who consistently deliver exceptional customer service, value, and experiences to car shoppers.

Raising the bar

Dealerships that have been named a 2024 CarGurus Top Dealer will receive an email with details on Wednesday, August 14th. Those being honored will also receive a physical copy of the award in the mail to display in their dealership. Customers on premium listings packages can expect a plaque and will have exclusive access to additional promotion items, such as banners and flags, to share their award status in the dealership.

New this year, winners will also have on-site badging added to their VDPs as well as on their dealer inventory pages so that millions of car shoppers will be able to recognize the award-winning dealers online.

We’re already collecting the data for 2025! Secure your prize for next year by following these tips:

• Top Rated Dealer: Deliver great customer service and collect 5-star rating reviews
• Top Value Dealer: Price your inventory competitively so it earns a Good or Great deal rating
• Top Digital Dealer: Leverage CarGurus Digital Deal to reach more CarGurus shoppers using hard pull financing, deposits, and prequalified offers.

To qualify for any of the awards, dealers must have:

• Active inventory on CarGurus
• No penalizations or warnings within the past two years
• No reviews removed due to fraud within the past two years
